You agree to conspicuously post on each Publisher Site a privacy policy, linked, at a minimum, from the home page, that: (a) discloses your privacy practices, as well as Lijit's privacy practices applicable to Readers as set forth below in Section 4.4, (b) identifies the types of information you collect in connection with ad serving activities and the delivery of your content, (c) explains how and for what purpose(s) that information will be used or transferred to third parties, and (d) provides the user with instructions for opting out from such collection by you. You will comply with all applicable federal and state data privacy and security laws.
